- Would you be able to do this if mid 40s close to 50? Seeing as it's more difficult after 55yrs old.

- What's the percentage of positively geared properties at what percentage of deposit?

- I’m weary of investing outside of where I live - Sydney - how can I find property interstate without buyers’ agents? And if I am using a buyer’s agent how can I trust them? (Sorry not sorry)
