- If my increase of income doesn’t match the increases of repayments from buying more and more properties, how can I buy more properties?

- I am UK expat, where I have investment properties, the banks lend there based purely on rental serviceability. I found in Australia serviceability is based on your employment income... Am I missing something?

- As a first investment, I have been waiting for land to title for more than a year? is it worth it to continue waiting?
